1. Compliance Statement
This battery strictly complies with safety and environmental regulations in the sales region, including but not limited to:
-US market: certified by UL 2849 or UL 2271 (electric bicycle system safety standards), meeting CPSC's requirements for short circuit/overheating protection of lithium batteries.
-EU market: Compliant with CE marking (EN 50604-1 lithium battery safety standard), RoHS directive (restriction of hazardous substances), and REACH regulation.
-Canadian market: Meets CSA C22.2 No. 2274 electric bicycle lithium battery safety regulations.
-International transportation: Passed the UN 38.3 lithium battery transportation safety test (anti vibration, extreme temperature, etc.).
2. Safety usage warning
-Prohibited behavior:
-Disassemble, impact, puncture the battery, or expose it to a source of fire or water.
-Use non original chargers or mix with other devices.
-Charge/discharge at extreme temperatures (<0 ℃ or>40 ℃).
-Charging specifications:
-Only use the matching 36V original charger, with a charging time not exceeding 8 hours.
-Keep away from flammable materials during charging, place in a dry and ventilated area, and prohibit unattended charging.
-Keep the battery level at 30% -60% during long-term storage to extend its lifespan.
4. Disclaimer clause
-Nakxus shall not be held directly or indirectly responsible for the following actions:
-Using non original accessories, modifying batteries, or charging illegally.
-Battery water ingress, physical damage, improper storage (such as in high temperature and humid environments).
-Legal disputes arising from non-compliance with local traffic/environmental regulations.
-It is recommended that users purchase third-party insurance that includes accidental battery damage.
5. Warranty Policy
-The battery is covered by a one-year limited warranty, which covers manufacturing defects and capacity degradation (<70% of rated capacity).
-Not covered by warranty:
-Human damage (impact, water ingress, self disassembly, etc.).
-Overcharging/overdischarging caused by not charging according to the instructions.
-Normal capacity loss (such as a decrease in capacity to 80% after 500 cycles of use).
-Warranty requires proof of purchase and a complete serial number label.
